Ground Beef Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lbs of Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion (Diced)
  • 2 Garlic Cloves (Minced)
  • 2 Potatoes (Peeled and Diced)
  • 3 1/2 Cups of Beef Broth
  • 2 Cans of Diced Tomatoes with Juice 
  • Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 2 tsp. of Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
  • Add Salt and Pepper to Taste
  • 3 Cups of vegetables (fresh or frozen)

    Directions

    1. Brown the ground beef, garlic, and onion until fully browned. Drain any fat.
    2. Add potatoes, broth, tomatoes, tomato soup, Worcestershire sauce, and the seasonings. Cover and let simmer for 10 minutes
    3. Stir in vegetables. Simmer 15 - 20 Minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
